Our Story
In healthcare, a missed appointment isn't just an inconvenience. It means lost revenue for the provider, delayed care for the patient, and operational friction for the entire care team. Healthtech companies spend enormous effort helping patients schedule care — but surprisingly little infrastructure exists to ensure those appointments actually happen.
Existing reminder tools were built for legacy provider systems — designed around fax machines, phone trees, and patient portals that most people never log into. They don't work well for modern healthtech startups that operate through APIs, integrate multiple systems, and serve patients who expect communication through the channels they already use.
VisitConfirmed was created to fill that gap — as the appointment reliability layer for modern healthtech. We help companies reduce no-shows, recover lost revenue, and ensure patients actually receive the care they've scheduled.
